Siver accepts responsibility, but vehemently denies trying to use banned substances to try to get a competitive edge.

The nature of things generally dictates that a mass of people will label him guilty simply by the notion of him failing a test alone, so if he attampted to cheat or made a mistake will be irrelevant, the mob is quick to grab their pitch forks and torches.

Siver has been one of my favorites for years but if his trainer was giving him new supplements then the blame still falls on Siver for being negligent and not studying up on the supplements. It's his body and his career at stake, he should be keeping an eye on every detail to make sure something like this doesn't happen.

The masses convicted him because he looks like a body builder, the knowledgeable fans are suspicious because of the people he trains with and their past. Overall he is responsible for what he puts in his body, let him do his time and don't freak out (as he could be right) unless it happens again.

Just seems to me that the... "I didn't know what I was taking" excuse gets used every damn time.
