I'm not sure how I feel about the UFC using clips of Del Rosario getting his ass kicked in the promo before the Miocic fight. On one hand you could say you were showing him battling and honoring him in the process.

But the side I'm leaning to is it was bad taste to show him getting his ass kicked just to enhance the pre fight hype a tiny bit, so shortly after his death. What do you all think? Did it strike you as odd or did you notice it? Or does it piss you off?

They were only trying to point out that Miocic had a win over him.

I had noticed, and was wondering before the broadcast if they would use any of those highlights. I'm a little disappointed they did, as they certainly could have pulled some clips from Miocic's other fights to fill out some highlights.

Del Rosario might of died, but there is no reason to erase his history as a fighter. He won and lost against UFC fighters, it part of his story and the story of other fighters.
