The one-armed fighter is the #1 contender in the World Series of Fighting and is set to face the promotion's Lightweight champ.

I imagine he'll put up a pretty good fight, but I'm definitely picking Gaethje. Newell has been up against some half decent fighters, but Gaethje is on another level.

I hope it's good, but I think Justin is more advanced at this stage and should win. But Newell is tricky.

I think Justin will have this one but Nick will make it tougher than everyone thinks...Justin may be ready for the big leagues IMO.

Gaethje is every bit as good as a guy like Ben Henderson who won his UFC belt at 155 against a potential 135er.

I hope you're joking about Justin Gaethje being as good as Ben Henderson. Gaethje hasn't fought anybody either. the biggest name he's fought is probably Drew Fickett. I think Newell has a good chance of taking Gaethje down and subbing him. just becasue a guy is 11-0 doesn't mean he's the baddest man on the planet

Yeah okay. He's good but come on dude. Let the guy prove himself before you compare him to someone of the likes of Benson Henderson.
At least in Bendo's case he's fought and beat some of the very best competition out there and is still borderline top 10 P4P.
On the other hand Gaethje isn't even borderline top 10 in his Division.

As for this fight I'm actually really pumped for it. Probably gonna side with Gaethje but you never know. Should be a fun fight. Both fighters have shown that they are forces so it'll be very interesting to see how this plays out.

done son!..i havent picked Newell to win any of his last fights cus i thought his opponents would at least have good TDD, guess i was wrong..but in this case..against a guy like Justin who beaten guys like Cobbs, JZ and Fickett who imho, all have much much better TD's then Newell does..and Justin likes to be in the clinch, where Newell is most likely gonna be, in close looking for the TD's..and i dont even want to think what Justin is gonna do standing up..i dont see this being a good match at all for Newell..another 1st round stoppage for Justin..

This right here is quite the claim. If you're going to say something like this at least provide some justification.
