A Tale of Two sisters Audition
If you havnt seen these films, watch them ASAP. There is no more affecting material in cinema than these two movies...
also worth of note Sonatine
How is Sonatine? I was supposed to get one with "neo-Zatoichi" but the version in my area didn't include it.

Sonatine is a killer movie, definite must see for all Takeshi fans. Very dark Gangster movie, made when Kitano was at the depths of his depression, so it is quite stark and bleak. Fantastic performances from all involved though, Kitano never fails to impress me

If you like Sonatine definitely check out Hana-bi (fireworks, or literally "Flower-fire") another one of Kitano's gangster masterpieces. Uses brutal violence interspersed with melancholic and sometimes playful serenity to shocking effect. He really is a visionary.

Shawshank Redemption and Heat. The greatest conversation/scene ever between Pacino and De Niro takes place in this movie. If you've seen the movie, you'll know exactly what I'm talking about.

" Spiderman 3?! That was so horrible. Batman and Sin City are the only comic book movies that have been done right lately, Dark Knight is looking very promising. They even ****** up Punisher.

Aw man, Props for that bigstyle, I love everything with Deniro in it - Casino, Goodfellas, Godfather etc, meet the parents / Fockers etc, but Heat is something else.
Deniro is just off the charts in this one, this film the perfect tale of one man with a dangerous past and nothing to lose

Yeah, I heard they weren't getting Thomas Jane back for the sequal, sucks to that guy was great as the Punisher.. But I thought Spiderman 3 was pretty decent, aside from a few flaws (venom and such) it really wasn't a bad flick..... Now Fantastic Four 2, that movie sucked

I mean seriously, who the **** came up with Howard Saint? Who decided to have him have a son? Who decided to kill them at a Family Reunion at some Caribbean Island? And who the hell made him a CIA operative? The true Punisher is a relentless unforgiving badass mother ****** that kills without remorse and has over 2,000 for a body count not counting Military. He had like 2 daughters a wife, not 1 son. And they were killed in a Mob Shootout at a Picnic at the Zoo in NY. And Howard Saint isnt even from the comics. Only positive things about this movie is his attitude and Thomas Jane's acting, the score is very good as well, should have been way more brutal though, and I hate to say it but Punisher is very emo and doesnt talk to anyone. Read The Punisher MAX Marvel Comics, you'll know what I'm talkin about. It's the only Comic I read, the true Punisher, all the explicit language, violence, sex, you name it.
