Despite claims that UFC PPV price hike was for UFC 168 only, 169 and 170 both currently listed at $59.95

The UFC.com website is reflecting that the "one event only" price hike for UFC 168 is permanent.

Link.

Dana White is going to be responsible for both helping grow the sport of MMA... and killing it as well. If it's not Dana than it's Lorenzo. Either way, this is nonsense.

Hopefully it's just an error on the website and not permanent.

What a sleazy bullshit move

Saying its a one time deal then pulling this shit.
I honestly think they are gonna lose a lot of buys for this.
I'll be hitting the bar more often next year for events

No way I'd ever pay $60 or a card. I have a tough enough time justifying $45 for standard def.

I award you no props, and may the mods have mercy on your soul.

As much as I love MMA, I won't pay $60.00 for a fight card. The closest place for me to watch is 45 miles away. I guess I will have to wait for the results the next day. Thanks UFC

I highly doubt this is a mistake, they're just testing the waters and if this upcoming ppv does well and they don't hear a large uproar they will leave it as is. Pretty standard these days, microsoft pulls this style bs every Tuesday.

I'm loving the Dana hate keep it coming.

My guess is it will end up like the new Xbox. Hardcore fans will go berserk. Dana will flop back and will say he's doing it for the fans while doing a stroke motion under the podium.

Oh solid, Dana! I know it's only 10$ extra but this is bullshit not everyone has money like Dana White and the Ferttita brothers.

Remember in 2005 when prices were supposed to go back down to 29.95 after being jacked up to 34.95 for Liddell/Couture 2 I think it was? Liars are liars always.

You're not alone.

I stopped buying UFC PPVs a long time ago, and news like this just makes me happier about how I go about watching the events.
