After UFC 167's controversial title match between Georges St. Pierre and Johny Hendricks, there were many media members and fans believing that it was quite similar to a recent title match, that of Jon Jones vs Alexander Gustafsson. In that fight, many thought Gustafsson won, and deserved an immediate title shot, and many believe Hendricks warranted a rematch with his performance as well.

The reason: Dana believes Jones won, whereas he believes GSP lost.

If he agreed with the decision everything would be fine and dandy.

Fuck off, Dana.

It doesnt make any sense. The only somewhat decent excuse would be Glover is a worthy contender and waiting whereas GSPs #1 contender after Hendricks isnt all that clear.

It would be highway robbery itself if Hendricks didnt get a title shot becauses hes the most deserving challenger since Fitch and Alves mean streaks back in 07-09. Plus they gave Diaz a shot instead. Not to mention the fans are a solid 60-70% convinced Hendricks won, atleast 50%. Ive heard a handful of non-GSP fans say he won but its mostly his fans even though he does have a solid arguement.
