I DVR'd the fight but it didn't record the 5th round. I gave Chandler the 1st, 2nd, and 4th.

Wow I've done horribly these last two events. Waiting on Monson/Hayes, I'm 3-5, 26 pts.

Events like these are the ones that make me stay up and do my next L2 event picks the same night because I'm so annoyed

MMADecisions shows nearly all in the media had it scored for Chandler. The 2 from Sherdog didn't even agree on the rounds (1 & 2) they wrongly had for Alvarez. I would call this fight of the year if the judges could have got it right, but now this is the new Robbery of the Year beating out the horrible decisions of Dillashaw-Assuncao, Noons-Couture, & Dunham-DosAnjos.

Man my picks sucked but I should be +$206,000
Would have been way higher if I kept Riggs in the parlay
Why did I bet on Curran?

Hayes fairly easily. Monson, as I expected when I took Hayes, was worn out from fighting a grueling fight with Satoshi Ishii in Russia 10 days prior. Hayes stuffed takedowns, popped the jab frequently, sometimes doubling up on it or going to the body while landing inside and outside leg kicks to the lead leg. Good lateral movement between combos, staying on the outside and countering or being nowhere near Monson's one haymaker at a time, weak shots, and death before combos approach. Hayes wasn't using his power hand much and all kicks were to the leg until the LHK with about 90 seconds left. Pounced with quick GNP to not let the ref have any choice but to stop it. It was a TKO, not a KO, as I had copied and pasted above. Hayes isn't full of power but he can go 25 minutes no problem wherever the fight goes and stays busy with landing more in volume than power. Not a good recipe for a worn out, likely jet-lagged Monson. Not saying Hayes wouldn't have won otherwise, it just was obvious Monson wasn't gonna keep the pace 30 seconds into the 2nd round.
