Diego Sanchez isn't happy about being characterized as a sparring dummy, and Melvin Guillard isn't happy that people think that's his opinion.

Saying something stupid and saying "I'm a fighter, derrrp" is not the same as having your words taken out of context.

I havent read any of this Melvin/Diego stuff. Melvin mite drop Diego, but i guarantee that Diego would get up and win a decision, or more likely; sub him out just like every big time fighter/fight has done to him except Dunham and Siver. (I dont count Tibau as i thought Gleison won that fight clearly) I actually like Melvin, but he needs to be quiet and just worry about Pearson.

Diego's chin won't old up forever and Melvin is the kind of guy who'd be the first to crack it. I agree with whoever said easy sub for Diego though.

If the fight goes down I got Melvin. He may have zero sub defense but I can't remember the last time I saw Diego truly win a fight. IMO Sanchez is turning into a Leonard Garcia.

You are right. hes last two wins were a split decision vs Gomi and a decision vs Kampman. I i were a judge i would probably have given the fights Gomi and Kampman.
It has been some time since i saw these fights, but i definitely remember thinking Kampman was robbed when i heard the decision. However i am a skandinavan (the skandinavian countries are Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland [Kampman is from Denmark and i am from Sweden]) and that might cloud my judgement in that fight.
