Lol came to mind during a discussion with Webbie about GSP (no i'm not bringing that in here) but it brought up an interesting question: what kind of fan are you?
Are you a blind fan, one who intentionally ignores a fighter's faults because you love to watch them fight and dont wanna think about them losing?
Are you a harsh fan, you support your guys/ladies but you're the hardest on them and the most critical of them when they lose? Tough love.
Or do you fall into the inbetween?

I think your taking the piss now. Your problem is you can't admit that you said something that EVERYBODY disagreed with and your just wrong and now you've kept on going with it in here and trying disguise it as something else and still having a jab at webbie.

lol reread that. Webbie did give me the idea, but because I AM a harsh fan. As I said not bringing the GSP thread in here. Refrain from attempting to argue, if you can.

LOL.

So I'm a blind fan because I can't see something that doesn't exist? Now you're just being ridiculous.

aussiemma said it perfectly though, so I really have nothing else to say.

Threads not about you being a "blind fan" but our discussion did remind me of the last time i got really into a debate with a guy about Anderson Silva vs Chris Weidman. I love Weidman, and most people know I'm no fan of Anderson. We went back and forth, and he basically tried to say that Anderson was incapable of losing. Not that you were being unreasonable just the passionate/heated debate level reminded me of that discussion it was the last really intense mma discussion i had lulz HE was a blind rude fanboy, you're much more respectful.

I'm a harsh fan, if the fighter I picks loses. Especially if they go out with a terrible game plan.

It's one thing if they get dominated everywhere, but if said fighter has a clear advantage in one area, but chooses to ignore it, really pisses me off.

At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in the playground is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no props, and may the mods have mercy on your soul.

That's when I freak...either your name is Matt Serra (world renown BJJ practionioner) and you think you should be a boxer with your T Rex arms or your Sonnen and try a spinning backfist.

Ikr!! I was screaming at Chael, right before i was yelling "Shoot, shoot! Pull him down on the cage!" Guy next to me was like "Are you cheering for Sonnen? Why would you do that?"

I'm a little of both depending on certain fighters. Some examples are..

Chuck Liddell - I'm a blind fan. For the longest I wouldn't admit he had a weak chin and preached about him making a comeback and taking his belt.

Robbie Lawler - Harsh fan. The dude has all the talent in the world but there were times where it honestly seemed like he just didn't care about what happened when he was in the cage, and his indifference cost him a lot of fights.

You should of named this thread "GSP Haters"

I have been watching this sport for over 10 years now and I do not in anyway let how much I like or dislike a fighter weigh on my opinion of his skills.

GSP haters are like Maple Leaf fans to me. No matter how many times you correct there shenanigans they just bring the same shit back up at a later date. (We all get it the dude is BORING)

If I pick a fighter and they lose, he/she is a can and should get cut.
If I pick a fighter and they win, he/she is amazing and is right in line for a title shot

Seriously though I am only a blind fan of Keith Jardine. I will root for him regardless who he is fighting and will ignore his many KO losses and bring up how he starched Liddell and Griffin in their primes

I will always be a fan and supporter of certain fighters, but I will have criticism of them depending on how they fight. I'm only an irrational fan of 1 fighter but I am not a "harsh fan" unless they cost me a parlay or fantasy points
