Should be a tough weight cut for the Irish Hand Grenade. Dude walks around about 190-200lbs and is about 5'8-5'9, very heavily muscular. But give the guy mad props he's 40 yrs old, the body of a 25 year old pro athlete and has a spartan-like mindset. The dude is a warrior. I'm hoping he can make a run at this thing and MAYBE have another opportunity to rejoin the UFC.

I know Marcus he was my trainer at Team Irish for around 5 years. He walks around at least 200 lbs when he doesn't have a fight coming up and like what was said before he's heavily muscled. Regardless he's as tough as they come even at 40 and has a chance to win this tournament!!!
