Title fight is 3 off still so if it is six months or less, he's not in a bad spot to have either a title shot or #1 contender fight in his next fight. While I think Souza is ready for the challenge, I don't necessarily consider Okami vs Jacare to be the most solid of #1 contender fights, Vitor Belfort is still the #1 contender at MW, we'll see what happens after the Hendo fight... A rematch with Mousasi if they are both healthy makes a lot of sense. There are two big MW fights the next month, the winners of them are all the next level down of guys in the mix: Rockhold vs Boetsch and Bisping vs Munoz. Also Philippou vs Carmont this month. Jacare is a threat to anyone at 185 right now, Weidman and Silva included.
