It was a pretty shit fight for me. I had a lot riding on Kang so I would have loved to say Kang but Camus did more damage and put Kang in more danger than Kang ever did. It always seemed to me that Kang was kind of hanging on for dear life and Camus was just biding time and taking advantage of the openings he had.

I thought you said you didn't even see the third round?

I'm just stating my opinion. I agree with the decision.

I just rewatched the 3rd twice

If that fight had taken place anywhere other than Milwaukee, Wisconsin, then Kang would've won by UD.

Then again, Phil Davis won a very undeserved decision over Machida in Brazil, so who knows?

The 30-27 was definitely horrible judging, but I can easily see how they scored the second and third rounds for Camos. Kang just wanted to take him down and do nothing once he got there in the third. It almost seemed like they scored it the way a PRIDE fight would be scored, giving the fighter who attempted to finish the fight and inflicted the most damage the benefit of the doubt in that round.

The crowd might've helped, but I don't disagree with the decision. Kang was point fighting after the first round so I didn't mind seeing him lose.

Nice post. I wish more judges would judge like this. Also, the fact that Camus finished on a very good note helped immensely. Kang and other fighters of his ilk need to be taught - no one likes a staller. (and no, he didn't stall the whole time, but he played it safe and did just enough not to get stood up)

bad enough that the judges robbed kang vs bruce leroy and now another brutal one

i mean whoever scored 30-27 for camus needs to be shot and banned from judging MMA

Had kang 29-28.
What a fucking joke that decision was. After that I knew
Benson had no chance in hell of winning a decision

Not that it matters since Bendo couldn't make it out of the first round

The Davis/Machida decision was much worse IMO.

Same here. I had it 29-28 Kang. I"m surprised Rogan didn't mention or even hint at a robbery.

I had it 29-28 for Kang. 30-27 for Chico is crazy, almost 10 minutes on his back. Chico should have spent the night in jail because Kang got robbed
