Fighter A with -150 is considered the favorite against fighter B with -120.

The only thing I could add to this is, sometimes on the PG the odds are a little off in comparison to the real betting lines.

Ex. James Head vs Jason High-The PG has Head at -130 and the other sites have High at -130. Hope that makes sense.
