There is no stopping this hype train!
Conor McGregor continued his campaign towards greatness and against all his fighting peers today with a quick spot on Fox Sports followed by some twitter posts.
In the end he is also called out Diego Sanchez and offered to go up in weight to face the ‘fat’ fighter.

check it out

Listen, young Laddie - -

NEVER talk like a tough guy when you're injured and out 9-12 months....it makes you sound like Wanderlei and look like Vitor.

I thought McGregor's fight with Holloway would answer alot of questions for me. It did and it didn't. Max is a lanky 145, and Conor fought him very well. Conor handled Max better standing, in his second UFC fight, and Max's sixth, than Poirier did in Max's UFC debut (with a 4-0 record).

However, he showed a completely unwarranted (at this point) display of Anderson Silva/ Diaz brothers-like cockiness. He also hurt himself, very seriously, in a fight with an opponent he probably should have been able to manhandle. That makes me question his durability greatly.

He may have the skills to wreck a lot of the dudes he is calling out. If he hadn't injured himself so badly, I would probably take him against a lot of those guys. But I'm not completely sold on McGregor, not yet.

If he's playing a word association game I get that. But If he genuinely thinks Edgar and Mendes are 135ers he'd look like a fool with a 135er stuck on top of him...

I think he said it more to avoid fighting the wrestlers in the top 10. The guy is a joke with no ground game. He's basically a small Dan Hardy with a better beard.

Real ballsy for a guy who is out for like 10 months! Don't ruin what you have Connor, the UFC only has room for 1 Chael Sonnen.

This guy will never beat a top ten in the UFC and by the time he returns no one will care for him. Dude got tapped by Joseph Duffy who couldn't even make it onto TUF. Hype trains dead and the more I hear of this guy the more he gets X-Pac "go away heat" from me.

I don't think the injury actually occurred during the fight, I think it was training related
