There are a number of different girls they can call upon for this fight. Depending on how healthy she is after the Rosi Sexton fight, Alexis Davis could step in on short notice. The last time those two fought it was a barnburner if I remember correctly. Carmouche seemed to escape her last fight unscathed so she could get the call also. Another possibility would be to bring in Lauren Taylor from Invicta. She's undefeated and has been really impressive so far. She's got a great story that they can pitch to media to hype up the fight. Sucks for Sara, but the UFC won't miss a beat.

They need to pit her up against another good wrestler. I am not wanting to see Sarah dry hump another opponent.

Eh. I think a veteran striker with solid TDD is exactly the opponent that McMann needs at this point. We've barely seen how she reacts to getting punched in the face, whether she can hang on the feet, change levels whenever she wants due to her strength, or do something tricky and get it to the ground that way.
There aren't many capable, natural 135 female wrestlers out there right now, and Kaufman was a great opponent regardless. If McMann is as good as I think she is, I'd like to see her fight for the belt one day. While Rousey's obviously a stud grappler herself, it's a different kind of style than wrestling, and I think that matchup by itself is compelling.
