I like Pettis, and I mostly agree with what he said about Bendo, but comparing Bendo to GSP is kind of laughable when you think about it.
Bendo wins arguable decisions that could easily go either way (Edgar x2, Melendez), whereas GSP completely dominates and leaves no question who won the fight. The man's only lost like 4-5 rounds in his entire career.
But yeah, I hope and pray Pettis kicks Bendo's head right off his shoulders this time.

I don't agree with the opinion of Henderson being a 'point fighter'. The guy goes hard every round in every fight. He doesn't lay or guys or anything like that. Let's look at his opponents since his UFC debut.
Bocek Miller Guida Edgar x2 Diaz Melendez
These guys aren't easy to finish by any means.
Bocek - Finished twice Miller - Finished twice Guida - Finished twice Edgar - Never finished Diaz - Finished once
Can't really hate on the guy for winning decisions when you look at who he's fought.

And maybe the only fighter to have 3 of his first 4 title fights be victory by such questionable decision. I mean, other than the Diaz fight, all of his UFC title fights have been debatable and controversial.

in all fairness those controversial wins had as much to do with his opponents as it did with him f you go back and look at the melendez and edgar fights those two were looking to score points the same way henderson was.

I don't really believe Bendo is a "point fighter", I just have a hard time considering him a great champion and ranking him among the pound for pound best in the sport when three out of his last four fights were so close that they really could've gone either way. He's not exactly dominating his opponents.

Love me some Pettis but he's just trying to goad Bendo into standing with him. 50/50 anywhere it goes but Bendo should be the favorite he controlled position in most of their first fight and will use the same game plan.

I think I'd be a bigger fan of Pettis if he simply didn't talk at all.
There is no manipulation of rules in winning fights, there is fighting.
