"The Ultimate Fighter 15" cast member Daron Cruickshank (12-3 MMA, 2-1 UFC) has stepped in to replace and injured Spencer Fisher (24-9 MMA, 9-8 UFC) and now meets Yves Edwards (42-19-1 MMA, 10-7 UFC) at this month's UFC on FOX 8 event.

UFC officials today announced the new booking, the fourth injury-related switch of the day on the FOX-broadcast event.

Another replacement I'm not upset with.

cancel the event if you're gonna replace great fights with shitty ones

Sure 5 years ago

Fedor vs Brock was to, doesnt mean its a bad fight now. It would a been a great stylistic match up. IMO

Injuries are scarring me lol, This isn't a bad fight though, Yves should still win and has a good chance to knock him out

I prefer Cruickshank over Spencer to be honest. Spencer hasn't looked to good lately.

Agreed this is actually a much better fight than Yves vs Fisher which would most likely have been a smoke break fight like Fisher's last few. I'm not shitting on Fisher but he's looked bad a lot lately and he seems to have lost that hunger meanwhile Yves and Darron in a stand up battle has fight of the night material written all over it.

I award you no props, and may the mods have mercy on your soul.

Fisher still lit up Stout on the feet in one sided fashion last time. And Its not like Yves was going to take him down. Fisher had a decent shot.

Cruickshank is going to fall apart late if he cant find yves chin early.
