Hendricks doesn't come off as a guy that uses PED's, but i guess you never know these days. GSP's athleticism would make him more of a suspect, but i dont think either guy is on anything. they just have really good genetics.

I don't think this has anything to do with a suspicion that Hendricks is cheating.
The idea is that if the champions are tested voluntarily by one of the stricter testing organizations in the world and come up clean, it will send a message to up and comers that you can reach the top without cheating.
Personally I am all for more testing in all professional sports. I think they should be done randomly during off-seasons and during training for MMA and Boxing as well.

Its a joke in all sports. It shows you how shady the world is aside from the politics side of it.
In Baseball.....
What ever happened to Palmeiro, Bonds, Canseco, Sosa, Big Mac etc? How long ago was that?
Now months ago, there was a release of players involved currently with roids or a supplement which is illegal.
Ryan Bruan, Cabrera Melky and Evereth, Perelta, and many more. They were to be dealt with just over a month ago, and still nothing of it, will anything even come out of it? Doubt it.

I agree on all points. My biggest problem with the state of testing is that it seems to me that you have to be pretty dumb to actually fail a test. The tests may be 'random', but for the most part, you know when the testing is going to take place and you can therefore make the necessary adjustments to avoid testing positive.

Pretty bizarre move from someone that allegedly take steroids, greases, comes into fights over weight and is super boring allegedly.
