LAS VEGAS – UFC President Dana White believes, after months of the fighter's legal jousting with his current home, Eddie Alvarez's best course of action may be fighting again for Bellator MMA.

I agree he should fight for Bellator and make a shit ton of cash there. Why the hell not? right? In the end its about making large sums of cash and he'll be getting a good match compared to what he'd make in the UFC he should just do it.

I wonder how much he'd have to fight for them before he was done?

Sucks for Eddie
I would definitely read the contract front and back before I would sign.

Alvarez certainly won't gain anything at this point by continuing the legal battle.

1) He'll lose out on 2 years of fighting in his prime.
2) He was making good money in Bellator already.
3) He'd only be upper-mid level in UFC. Half a dozen guys are as good or better.

I think he should cut his losses as well. He's 29 years old and at this point he should think he might be out for 2 whole years trying to sort this out just to get his name on a UFC Card when he could be headlining Bellator for years to come.

The money offers identical, maybe sponsorships might be different but if Bellator sign the right guys there are opponents for him out there

Bellator:
Chandler (c - Bellator)
Rickels
Hawn
Saranavsky
Jansen
Held
Sinclair (c - BAMMA)
Sass
Stapleton
Marcus Davis

WSOF:
Gaethje
Volkmann
Newell (c - XFC)
Tyson Griffin
Cavalcante

Other:
Brenneman

This right now is not a bad time to be at the second best promotion in the world.

Bellator moving from 8 man Tournaments to 4 is ridiculous for divisions for the LW's.

There's 16 names above me there. Bjorn should sign them all - choose 1 to drop and replace him with Alvarez.

As much as I'd like to see him in the UFC I agree, he should fight for Bellator. I badly want to see him rematch Chandler. The Chandler v Alvarez may very well be the best fight I've ever seen. I think it didn't get the recognition it deserved bc it was the same night as Hendo v Shogun.

As much as I hate to say it, I agree. Just fight for Bellator at this point and as soon as he can leave tell them to go to hell.

Bellator disgusts me, holding it's fighters back from fighting top competition in their prime.
