In addition to the Light Heavyweight title fight, UFC 165 will feature a battle between "The Pride of El Salvador" and "Kid" Yamamoto.

Sadly, I see this being Kid's last fight in the UFC and (possibly) his career.

Was he cut once before or did he just have a long lay off? I certainly don't like his chances here.

Kid should be at 125 if he wants any chance of ever winning in the UFC.

Surprised Kid wasn't cut, happy to see him back
This is a tough fight and I agree a cut to 125 would have been smarter but maybe he is also getting up there in age, I hope he's been training a lot during this layoff.

Kid is just straight up not at the level of the UFC fighters that he is getting paired up with, he is past his prime. I think he is cut when he losses this one (it would be like the fourth in a row I think).

This should be a very good fight, but I think Menjivar is more well-rouded.

Menjivar will beat Yamamoto easily. Atleast Kid came to the UFC and gave it a go I have to give him props for that.

I used to love Kid. I wish he could've made it into the UFC a lot earlier in his career. Damn shame.

With that said, I'm excited for this fight.

The ufc loves Menjivar these days, and where's the "Kid" been? I pick Ivan ftw.
