If B.J. Penn does extend his career and make a potential return to the UFC lightweight division, two notable 155-pounders have offered their services for a fight.

I think Dunham would be good, but Khabib would just wrestle him to a decision. I am only really interested in seeing BJ fighting a striker.

I would like to see Penn vs. Nurmagomedov just to hope Penn could knock him out. Khabib's last fight was amongst the lamest I have seen.

Dunham vs. Penn though, that's just good all the way around. That would be action standing or on the mat.

I personally think BJ would destroy both of these guys. I give Nurmagomedov a better chance at beating Penn if he can turn it into a borefest

Calling out the former p4p guys after they've lost fights is getting old and pathetic. None of these guys will call out rightful champion Gilbert Melendez.

I agree calling out the greats on the downward end of a career is a lame way to make a name for yourself. That said, these guys are not calling out Melendez or for that matter Henderson, because they are not high enough on the ladder to get the fight. I doubt they are scared and believe they would accept a fight with either if the UFC offered it.

Bj can beat both of those guys, even with the lay off he's world class IMO. Look at his losses, not too bad for a guy who snorkels for cardio lol

Sambo takedowns are about offbalancing your opponent. BJ has had tremendous success stopping those kind of takedowns throughout his career.

Id take Bj all day.

are you referring to nurmagomedov vs trujillo ?? that fight was awesome ! controlled the shit out of trujillo.

never been a huge fan of penn, but would rather see him against dunham than kabib, just because of the fight style that dunham brings...guaranteed fireworks !
