LAS VEGAS – UFC President Dana White said the promotion currently has no plans for Vitor Belfort's next fight, but it could include a title shot – and it could happen in Las Vegas.

"There's no plans right now with Vitor," White said at Thursday's pre-UFC 160 media day. "He just fought. We'll see what happens.

"It would make sense for [Anderson Silva and Chris Weidman] fight, and that's not far away. Those two fight, and we see what happens, or Vitor could fight again. I don't know. But he could fight either one of those guys."

i think vitor vs silva 2 has to happen now. vitor has looked too good not to give him that shot. i hope it happens before silva retires.

Not sure if I think this is fucked up, or if I agree and would like to see it in Brazil.

Belfort does not want this fight in to happen in Vegas, he can't use TRT in Vegas and would most likely piss hot. Just have the fight in Brazil, make a ton of money and watch TRT Belfort get destroyed by the best fighter in the world.

It doesn't seem like Vitor wants Andy. Vitor called out Jon Jones after he beat up Bisping and said he'll be rooting for Andy against Weidman. Those Brazilians are a strange folk. It seems like they all just want their countrymen to win.

Barring a super fight or Weidman upset I'd like to see Vitor, Gegard or Jacare get the next crack.

Okay i'm not going to say this as an Anderson nut hugger.

Of you watched the first fight again. Anderson was too fast for belfort. Vitor couldn't hit Silva even while Silva was on his back. Also that kick will Fuck with belforts head in a rematch.

It still looks like nut hugging

I like trt vitor too

I think Vitor had won impressively enough lately against top competition to be the man in line to get the Anderson vs Weidman winner. He was #2 going into the Rockhold fight and he won that fight and the Bisping fight impressively.
