Roger Gracie is training hard for his UFC debut. The fighter who will make his debut in the biggest MMA event in the world is in England, Roger is strengthening its striking with the English fighter Khalid "Desert Lion" Ismail. Roger Gracie (6-1) faces the tough Tim Kennedy (15-4) July 06 in Las vegas Roger began his MMA career in 2006 and won his first four fights by submission, in the light-heavyweight (up to 93 kg) Strikeforce. During 2011 faced former heavyweight champion of Strikeforce, Muhammed Lawal, losing for the first time in the category by knockout to 4m33s to the first round. The first loss in the octagon led Roger to rethink its strategy of fighting after his first loss in MMA, Roger decided to lower the light-heavyweight (up to 93 kg) for the middleweight (-84 kg), making his debut against American Keith Jardine on July 14, 2012. Roger was far superior to his opponent knocking Jardine in the first two rounds. The American, however, managed to avoid all attempts to finalize the Brazilian and Roger ended up winning by judges' decision. With the help of Khalid, Roger intends to surprise everyone in his UFC debut.
