Luke Rockhold created a bit of a stir when the final Strikeforce middleweight champion said he wanted a "warmup fight" before a potential UFC title fight and mentioned Vitor Belfort as his preferred opponent

This fight being in Brazil makes it a lot harder to pick. If this was in the states, I'd take Rockhold without a second thought. That TRT exemption makes all the difference in the world, IMO.

does the new Brazil AC have TRT exemption or lenient testing?

Vitor is going to be huge.

Id be surprised if Rocks footwork kept him out of danger on the feet.

Not sure about his prior bouts, but we know for sure he received a TRT exemption for his fight with Bisping, which also took place in Brazil. Looked like he was 19 again.

Don't remember specifically what rep from what states athletic commission here in the states said it, but he had said that Vitor probably would not receive an exemption in the U.S. I'm assuming that's due to him being popped in the past for steroids use.
