Just a little side note.. sometimes if I'm personally curious I'll sim the fight like 5-6 times just to see what happens. I always save and post the first sim, but I like to see what happens with repeated trials

GSP/Sonnen was so god damn close. About 50% of the time I got a Sonnen UD, the other 50% I got GSP SUB. I love some of these matchups!! Can't wait to see the matches we get in the knockout round!!

The "Group of Death" gets underway as Fabricio Werdum and Stefan Struve fought to a decision, with Werdum getting the 29-28 judges' nod. The two big fights we were looking forward to in group stage were Cain vs. Cormier and Reem vs. JDS (I swear they ended up in the groups matched against one another randomly too, lol - for anyone interested how I did it, I went to a random number generator website and generated a sequence of all the numbers 1-32 correlating to which pick the fighter was. the first four numbers were group A, next four group B, etc.). We saw one of the two matches as Reem and JDS faced off in what was a short fight. Alistair got the better of JDS finishing the fight by TKO.

I did. I simmed it 4 times and it came out 2 a piece. I think they all ended by finish except one Reem UD.

Another thing I thought was interesting in the sim. Jones almost always beats Anderson lol
