Uriah Hall discusses his upcoming fight against Kevin Gastelum, his coach Chael Sonnen, the pressure he's facing, taking a bout with a top 10 opponent if offered and much more at TUF workouts.

I know dude can fight but I wouldn't give him too much too soon. Build him up like you did Jones and you may have another Superstar on your hands

Maybe sakara or even camozzi would be a good fight

I couldn't have said it any better myself.
I think a top 10 opponent would be too much too soon and would be setting him up for failure.
I'd go with at least 2 fights before he gets a top 10. I'd go with someone ranked around 20th and if that works give him a 15th ranked fighter and go from there.

Slow your roll, brah. The top 10 is very wrestle heavy as many strikers have learned the boring way.
