The finals are currently on ESPN. Good wrestling so far. Penn State is loaded. I hope Ruth goes to MMA after next year. He would be great at 185.

Can't wait for Dake v Taylor.

Final Results:

133- Logan Steiber - Ohio State
141- Kendric Maple - Oklahoma
149 - Jordan Oliver - Oklahoma State
157 - Derek St. John - Iowa

174 - Chris Perry, Oklahoma State
184 - Ed Ruth - Penn State
187 - Wright - Penn State

Thinking Taylor edges out Dake...both are studs.

Taylor has been wrestling better of late, but Dake beat Taylor earlier in the season.

For those who don't know, if Dake wins he will be the first person to win a title at 4 different weight classes. He moved up a weight this year to challenge David Taylor, who over the last couple years has been as dominant as anyone since his coach, Cael Sanderson.

Sad to watch this tourney because its in Des Moines and the Hawks and Clones are a shadow of their former selves.

Congrats to Dake. Solidifies his place among the greats. The flurry he had to escape Taylor was explosive. That is the Dake I like to watch. However, he knows he can escape and can't be scored on. He is content with that.
Got to love Q. I was worried going into the finals. Thought he was looking sluggish all tournament long. Stepped up, again, when it mattered. Will miss rooting for him in Rec Hall.
Delgado, what can one say. The guy simply wins the scrambles everytime. I believe the splits worked against Mega this time.
Surprised Steiber took Ramos down twice in the 1st. To think that Ramos, as good as he is, might get shut out of titles in his career is sad.

Oh, 3 PEAT BABY!!!
