St-Pierre dominated in the Octagon, easily winning all five rounds on all three judges' cards. But then Diaz showed up in the late stages of the news conference and once again stole the show.

Among the nuggets he dropped:

• He'd like a rematch, after losing 50-45 on all three cards and mounting next-to-no offense.

• He believes St-Pierre has little power and "hits like a girl."

• He wants to retire. Georges St.Pierre's hand is raised after a win over Nick Diaz. (USA Today Sports)

• He thinks he matches up well with pound-for-pound champion Anderson Silva.

• And, most amazing of all, he said he hasn't paid taxes ever in his life.

I'd pay money to see Nick fight the IRS workers who answer phones in the Octagon.

Early Vegas lines have Diaz at -180 against 4 overweight, sexually frustrated IRS employees. Lines may alter slightly if IRS employee Richard Lundergard has to pull out due to his "kid's goddamn soccer game."

I agree but another way to say that is, GSP is an intelligent fighter, where as diaz lacks the intelligence to have more than one game plan

I do think Nick put up a great fight.

He was battering Georges with knees in the clinch, landed a few nice punches to the body, and several good ones to the head (mostly in round 3.)

I was also impressed at the number of takedowns Nick was able to stop. I totally did not expect that. Nick did a better job wrestling Georges than Kos or Fitch did.

But ya, he needs to beat some top guys in order to earn another shot. Since Nick seems to have a bit of a sense of entitlement, I doubt he's willing to work his way back up.

GSP took more damage in that fight than he has in any other.

Other than a groin pull against Alves, an eye poke against Shields, and a flash knockdown against Condit, Georges usually goes unscathed.

BTW, after watching this fight, I'm fairly certain Anderson would destroy GSP.
