The godfather of ground and pound officially is hanging up his gloves. Mark "The Hammer" Coleman recently announced via Facebook that he's retiring from MMA.

Not a jerk at all...he's not fought for over 3 years. I guess no reason not to make it official, but I don't think any of us were really expecting a return at this point.
