Two recent winners from "The Ultimate Fighter" will meet at UFC 160 as Robert Whittaker (10-2 MMA, 1-0 UFC) takes on Colton Smith (3-1 MMA, 1-0 UFC) at UFC 160 in May.

UFC officials recently announced the welterweight bout.

UFC 160 takes place May 25 at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. The main card airs on pay-per-view following prelims on FX and Facebook.

Whittaker vs. Smith likely will be part of the prelims.

I'm not sure I like this fight. I thought they'd try and build both guys up.

the ufc doesnt build talented fighters up anymore. they try to build up guys who have already had their chances and lost

I think Whitaker is too well rounded for Colton. Colton will probably get a takedown or two but Whitaker will keep getting back up and blister him on the feet probably via first or second round tko.

i got that feeling too. Colton's top pressure is no joke and he does not seem to get tired. I really hope rob can stop him on the feet. I dislike colton with a passion !

It is sad that I do not now who Whittaker is. TUF has fallen hard.

Since the Jon Fitch Debacle, I root even harder for wrestlers. I hope Colton Smith humps Whittaker for 15 minutes straight as the lead in fight to the PPV.
