As the South Dakota legislature seeks to regulate mixed martial arts, one state rep. is calling for an outright ban of MMA, calling it "the child porn of sports."

I admire his use of strawmen, logical fallacies, and consistent references to porn. Did he just come from a fleshlight convention or something? Instead of actually addressing his "points", I think it would be easier to mirror his level of ridiculousness.

I always thought the child porn of sports was the little girl beauty pageant. But I am among the lowest of Neanderthal sports fans as a watcher of MMA. Muay-Thai is a traditional martial art that to me is more brutal than MMA, I wonder how he would feel about sanctioning that sport. Again I am a bloodthirsty Knuckle-dragger though.

Sadly, this man was elected to represent others partly based on his intelectual merit.
Second, this guy has way to much to say about porn. Maybe he should have rubbed one out before the he made his statements.
Third. comparing mma, where to consenting adult participants engage in contact for sport, to child rape and exploitation is egregiously abhorrent. This man not only owes the MMA community an apology, but especially those who have had the misfortune to have endured such horrific acts. To have them compared to sport is beyond stupid.
