Two more bouts have been booked for the rapidly growing UFC 160 card this May.

Lightweights T.J. Grant (20-5 MMA, 7-3 UFC) and Gray Maynard (11-1-1 MMA, 9-1-1 UFC) have been booked for the promotion's annual Memorial Day weekend card, as will Khabib Nurmagomedov (19-0 MMA, 3-0 UFC) and Abel Trujillo (10-4 MMA, 1-0 UFC). UFC officials announced the fights late Wednesday.

UFC 160 takes place May 25 at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. The main card airs on pay-per-view following prelims on FX and Facebook.

Grant/Maynard is a great match up, but the Trujillo/Nurmagomedov fight makes absolutely no sense.

I guess they just don't want to rush this guy or pad his record or something because I thought after going 3-0 against mid-tier fighters and looking pretty good in the UFC so far he would get some kind of a step up.

Maynard vs. Grant is an interesting match up. Maynard is definitely a step up from Matt Wiman and Evan Dunham. If Grant can beat Maynard I'd be happy to see him get a title shot.

Trujillo looked great in his debut but this is a step down for Nurmagomedov. I'm happy they're willing to move him along slowly though. He has a lot of potential.

on paper it looks like a step down for nurm but i was really impressed by trujillo, i think abel is an absolute beast.

Maynard v grant is another great matchup. I'm actually leaning towards grant based on his last couple of fights. It's hard to find a clear weakness in his game.

Hope I don't eat crow for going in July Vegas instead of May

I pretty much agree with what's already been said. Especially the Nurmagomedov vs Trujillo fight.

Nurmagomedov has been on a nice roll with his undefeated career record and UFC record. Trujillo killed it in his UFC debut and could give the "Eagle" some problems.

I like the Maynard vs Grant matchup too. I think these guys showed that they aren't scared to throw down and that's what I expect them to do.

Two fun fights. I also like the Nurma/Trujillo fight. Should be a lot of fists thrown, and good back and forth.
