I'd love to hear an explanation of how that would be a favorable matchup for him. Strikers with great wrestling/tdd have always been Barney's kryptonite.

My thoughts exactly. When I heard they wanted him to fight JDS, I figured that was 90% of the reason why he didn't sign.
