Shortly after Coach Jon Jones made the first match-up of the season, dissension spread throughout his team.
After teams were selected in the debut episode, members of Team Jones submitted a list of when they wanted to fight and whom they wanted to face. The list was presented to the coaching staff, but Coach Jones had other plans.
Jones selected Gilbert Smith to face Team Sonnen’s Luke Barnatt. Barnatt has a sizable height and reach advantage over Smith, and the decision didn’t sit well with members of the team...

That episode was priceless. JJ picks a terrible matchup and then shits on his team after the loss.

I can't believe he picked it in the first place! Jone's ego is on show in this season an I'm willing to bet he has even less fans by the end of it.

I didn't see that. I'd be surprised if that was Hall in the ambulance. I think he has a very favorable matchup next week. He's regarded as one of the favorites on the show. If that was him, I don't think it will be from the fight next Tuesday.

I like the kid and hope he does well but making the cut to 185 over and over again when you're 6 foot 6 can't be easy. It seems like the majority of winners on TUF are dudes that drop a weight class after the show and I don't see Luke at WW.

Was it Hall in the back of the ambulance? I couldn't see.
It would follow the story line they are laying out though. Hall wrecklessly sayin he wants to fight the best in the house. DW saying everyone thought Hall was the toughest kid and the other dude saying 'don't sleep on me'

I'm almost certain the ambulance scene is from another episode, because it's neither fighter from next week in the back.
edit: which reminds me...I'm not really a fan of the whole "somebody's going away in a stretcher" angle like the IFL did a few years back. They've stepped up the production value, so I don't really see the need for gimmicks.

That would be my guess. Hall showed off some very nice striking skills in his 1st fight against Andy Enz.
I also don't see Hall lossing to Cella. Hall took Costa Philippou to a Decision just about 2 years ago.

This Tuf series got a lot of flack especially with Sonnen getting the nod to face Jones at the end of it but so far i have been impressed. Sonnen seems to be a great coach and there is a great mix of talent on the show too.

I met Gilbert Smith this past Friday while waiting in line for the bathroom at a local show, /He was decked out in team Jones gear.
What would SpiderSilva say to him you ask?
"Why are you here and not training for your fight this coming Tuesday?"
He laughs I laugh and say know its recorded but can you tell me who wins?
no luck
