Yup. Very bad decision. I scored every round for Noons personally. I could see it going 29-28 for him though. Couture won by name value alone.

Agreed Budge I had Noons winning 30-27. I honestly thought he edged every round that fight cost me 1st for the L2 season

Dana agreed it was a BS decision so it shouldn't hurt Noons too bad as far as his future in the UFC is concerned

that was ridiculous. couture has never impressed me, and to see him handed a win like this over a more talented opponent IMO is horse shit. the good thing is dana and lorenzo arent stupid and can plan KJ's next fight as if the loss to couture never happened.

It was pretty bad. Couture is "scrappy" like they said, but he didn't win in any area of that fight.

Agreed. I don't believe either fighter will make much of an impact in the UFC, but Noons would definitely bring some exciting performances with him. Noons/Garcia comes to mind.

I thought K.J. Noons won as well.

The 2 judges that scored the fight for Ryan Couture must have gave him all the credit in the world for the incidental head clash the split K.J. in the 2nd round.
It was an awful Decision and the fight numbers show it. But the judges must have given Couture the 2nd when K.J. had him in trouble several times.

I had it 29-28 Noons, with Couture taking the first round only.

The third was relatively close, but I don't see how a professional judge could score it for Couture.
