Alright guys, I just signed up for this Netflix and I'm feeling a little bit overwhelmed by the selection. Does anybody already have Netflix and have any good recommendations for me to watch?
I see they have the Matt Hamill and Jon Fitch documentaries so I'm probably going to watch these first.

What are you looking for? Any genre preferences? TV shows or movies?

I usually go for Action and Comedy most of the time, but I like a good Drama when I'm in the mood for a long type of movie. I'm not much of a Horror guy unless its a group thing.
I am so far out of the t.v. shows loop that I am looking for anything interesting or funny to watch.

Trailer Park Boys (the TV show) is pure comedy, and Netflix introduced me to them. Eastbound and Down is gold.
Requiem for a Dream, if it is on there, is the best movie I have ever seen. It's so powerful, I implore everyone to see that movie.

If you haven't already stumbled upon Kevin Hart and his stand-up, watch it. They have all his specials. Katt Williams, too.
Edit: damn! And how could I forget Workalics?! WATCH IT.

I don't have Netflix but while staying with a friend a few months ago I watched Hell on Wheels (TV Show) Unstoppable and Law Abiding Citizen.
All 3 of those were good.

There's a ton of the first run 30 for 30 series from ESPN on there. I haven't seen them all... But I've yet to find one I didn't enjoy. Great place to start is the one titled "June 17th, 1994", magnificent. "Catching Hell" was damn good too.
Bill Burr stand-up specials need to at or near the top of your list.
I co-sign whole-heartily on Tucker and Dale vs Evil btw.
Winnebago Man is a quintessential documentary. (short MMA tie-in, the subject of the doc is actaully the father of Bellator founder/president Bjorn Rebney)
Dust to Glory is a fantastic and very well shot documentary about the Baja 1000 race. Can't say enough about it. Even if you don't like motor sports, this doc is very easy to sit through.
For TV series (cross off the ones you've already seen obviously):
Breaking Bad Rescue Me Walking Dead Sons of Anarchy Mad Men American Horror Story
