Francis Carmont has been on a tear since he emerged in the Octagon. Now he's ready to take another step up, so he's calling for a fight with either Mark Munoz or Yushin Okami.

Judging by his last fight I'd say he loses to both guys. That might have just been an off night for him though.

I honestly dont think Carmont is ready for a guy like Munoz or Okami. Id like to see him face Belcher to me that makes more sense at this point in his career

I think he gets Costa or Okami but deff not at 158 in Montreal. His last performance doesn't or shouldn't warrent a fight on home soil.

I don't see Carmont winning either fight, especially the one with Okami. Okami is a beast.

Given the trouble Lawlor gave him in the grappling department, this doesn't seem like the smartest move, to be going after Munoz and Yushin, who are both worlds ahead of Lawlor.

But like Budge said, maybe Carmont was just off that night.

I was expecting Carmont to run trhough Lawlor. These guys are both massive steps up comparatively
