After months of floundering, Strikeforce is about to close its doors, and UFC president Dana White couldn't be more apologetic to the fighters the suffered through the ordeal.

I think the only suffering would be the one's that had to stay in SF and couldn't come to the UFC until Showtime stopped broadcasting SF, after some of the SF stars already left.
I think as long as the SF fighters get to come to the UFC, they will be okay.

I feel the same thing has kind of happened to Bellator. There has been a lot of matches put on hold until Bellator moves to Spike. I'm sure the fighters weren't too pleased with that situation.

The only one I have an issue here with is Jardine. He had a few quality wins with the UFC(ala Chuck, Forrest....) But there's a reason he got sent packing. He lost multiple fights in a row to low quality opponents. Heneeds to string a few more wins together to validate coming back....the only exception to that thought that is acceptable is that he is now at MW......not gonna lie, wouldn't mind seein him fight Bisping

Nawww. Dana means what he says 99% of the time. If he didn't give a sh** about them he'd be blasting SF. I for one am eager to hear what the hell is up with Showtime.

Ha ha, I remember Mr White when Pride liquidated into the UFC and he said how The Yakuza were keeping Zuffa from putting future Pride events on in the country so the best thing was to dissolve PrideFC and put the fighters into the UFC. Sad as it may be, But i bet Dana White was licking his lips about how many sold out shows were on the horizon having so much talent under one promotion. 
Same thing with Strike Force ...

Dana didn't feel bad for all those Pride fighters he left behind who had to wait a year or more to fight.
How could Showtime not have issues? Zuffa stole much of their star-power and disbanded the Strikeforce HW division, and still expected Showtime to act as if nothing happened and pay Strikeforce the same, and air the shows regardless of the quality of the cards. They fucked Showtime.
