As if the WEC finale wasn't sweet enough by itself, all these cancellations are making it that much better. We really got a rare treat out of that show.
While Dana's usually understanding of fighters reporting injuries, I wonder what effect it'll have on transitioning to the UFC. Melendez and Rockhold are locks due to their talent, and since they reported the injuries relatively early. The latest ones, however, are tragically comical.
That recent Tim Kennedy interview posted here didn't make me like the guy, but I sure as shit respect his Sonnen-like attitude of taking that walk when they play his music.
