It’s likely Georges St-Pierre has already broken down and analyzed exactly how he intends to deal with Nick Diaz at UFC 158.

For more than a year now, St-Pierre has had Diaz on his radar, and the longtime welterweight champion is known for his ability to adapt and neutralize just about any fighter he comes up against.

the diaz brothers do fight very much alike. i think nate has shown to be a little more technical whereas nick will trade punches at will and has a lot of success. i think GSP can do about the same to nick as bendo did to nate.

You think GSP will land all those hard shots on Nick? You think GSP will actually try to get inside and punch Nick in the face? You think GSP will easily just throw Nick around like Bendo did to Nate? ......"I don't think so"

I do think GSP will land at will on Diaz, on the ground though. Nick is going to get out grappled and pummeled into the third/fourth round where it will probably get stopped due to cuts. This seriously is NOT the WW fight I want to see......I just want to see it over so we can move on to something more exciting develop in the division.

And just how do you propose Mr Diaz stops Mr GSP from imposing his will on him............?

That blueprint for beating Nick was developed and perfected between UFC 49 and 59. I love Nick, but how many high level wrestlers has he beaten since his first stint in the UFC?

Nick is a better fighter than Nate. I don't see him beating GSP though.

Should Joe Warren thank Johnny Eduardo for setting up the blueprint on how to beat a Curran? I think this is a bit silly...perhaps if GSP was fighting Nate it would make more sense but just because the Diaz brothers have very similar fighting styles doesn't mean that using a technique to beat one of them will work for a different guy to beat the other one.

GSP gets inside and clinches him within 20 secs, Diaz goes up against the fence.. he'll squirm for a bit, then get dumped on the back of his head, eventually end up flat on his back, side mounted, elbowed, punched, elbowed. Lather, rinse and repeat.... all day son.

I disagree. Nick is just bigger.

If they both fought at LW, i would pick Nate to win.
