Chael Sonnen will fight Jon Jones for the UFC light heavyweight title next April.
The booking was announced on Tuesday. And, of course, piling on began from the multitudes upset that Sonnen hasn't had a fight at 205 in what will be seven and a half years when he meets Jones. And he's coming off a loss.
But Rashad Evans, a former challenger of Jones, has no real issue with the fight. He just wishes it worked the same for everyone

not working the same for everyone indeed...prime example: phil davis. Nothing against Prado, but imo that was a huge step down and slap in the face following his recent string of opponents

First one didnt end well but I doubt he stands with Machida again...I see him getting the takedown and getting a decision....Then Rashad was in his stand up dreams...Which is not his bread and butter and since then he has said he had to go back to his wrestling...
