The Ultimate Bellator Fighter? Bjorn Rebney and Co. will be looking for a few good men during the upcoming fighter tryouts scheduled for Nov. 10 at the American Top Team Gym in Coconut Creek, FL. Selected talent could be chosen to star in the promotion's upcoming mixed martial arts reality show.

Do you wanna be a f---ing (Bellator) fighter?

Bjorn Rebney and Co. are looking for the next big thing at both lightweight (155 pounds) and welterweight (170 pounds), asking aspiring mixed martial arts (MMA) fighters to come down and strut their stuff at the upcoming tryouts scheduled for Nov. 10, 2012 at the American Top Team gym in Coconut Creek, Florida.

On one hand I'm always up for watching some fights but on the other hand, do they not realize that TUF is tanking? I really doubt that they can put on a better show than what the UFC gives us. I'll just do with bellator what I do with TUF, I'll just DVR it and FF to the fights

Shit Just Got Real. If Bellator is able to pull this off, UFC could've competition ............ in TUF ratings.

Guess they'll sign all the guys that didn't make the numerous TUF tryouts.

Judging by TUF itll be all the talented guys who are even tempered and dont color their hair. Chris Leben=signed for talent and flair Rory Singer= signed because of forrest, Andy Wang=????

Not at all. Bellator will do what they do best, scour the globe for the best international prospects. Sam Caplan is excellent at this. Whether they are in Brazil or Russia, Bellator does an awesome job of scouting talent you may have not heard of and introducing them to the U.S.

I hope it's more like the contender. Less antics but you still get to know the fighters.

This^ I could definitely see it being a more professional format, not like dumbass chicken tactics like Rampage and Evans or the jizzing tactics of season 8.

Do we have any details yet like if the winner gets a tourny spot or a regular non tourney contract?

The only secnario I can think of right now that would make me interested in watching is if it was done in more of a Fight Factory or UFC Countdown style. If they picked a few guys from the tryouts, signed them, and then followed their lives leading up to their first Bellator fight it would be more entertaining than the played out, Survivor-American Idol-Dancing With The Stars type competition where somebody gets kicked off each week.
