To DD and Shawn's point, I am glad she was honest. I had to cancel plans with her this week because things came up and we were going to hang out this weekend, so I guess she figured she had to let me know. The call started with the usual pleasantries, "How are you?", "How was your day?", and then came the dreaded line, "I have to tell you something because I want to be honest with you." This chick is 5'11", so she's a tall drink of water, and I was thinking to myself, "How did I not see the fucking Adam's apple?", but then out came "You know that guy I was seeing...". The rest is history. Very cool of her to tell me, very glad I cancelled plans with her earlier in the week.
