Didn't even bother to remember the guys name. What a ******* loser. Don't care if it was just a takedown it was still cheap. Then the guy goes on to say he's former military and not a "team" player. How the hell can you serve in the military and NOT be a team player? This guy just rubbed me the wrong way from the beginning.
EDIT: Judging from the season previews looks like he might be getting knocked out and the dude with the red mohawk must be this season's Chris Leben.

I agree that was cheap. His name is Colton Smith. Nelson's 5th pick. One of his teammates is friends with Jesse Barrett, the guy Colton took the cheap fake glove touch. He was talking shit about Colton at the end of the show. Some early drama for the show. He's one guy I'll be routing against for sure.
Looked like quit a few guys that were not picked by anyone did pretty good too. Dom Waters, Nelson's 1st pick overall looked really impressive. Matt Secor (1-1) looked pretty good too. Neil Magney had a nice come from behind win over Frank Camacho. None of those guys were selected by anyone on the site.

It's coming on again in five minutes on FX but if you still can't catch it check out the TUF site. They should have it uploaded in the next day or so.

Just so you know you are still in it your guy, Bristol Marunde, is still in it. He looked good. 1st round sub over George Lockhart, prozacnations pick.

I saw the preview video for TUF, it made it look so bad for the sport of MMA. Like seemed like a bunch of frat guys living together and fighting, like douches.
I know it's a fight once the ref starts the fight, but don't act like your going to touch gloves and then not do it. He probably wanted to touch real quick if at all and then shoot in.
And we know who the biggest a-hole of the house is, the red mohawk guy last pick.

I saw that dudes last fight in person and he got KTFO brutally. Probably wanted to do anything he could to prevent that after getting f*cked up so badly.

That cheap takedown pissed me off, can't believe Nelson pick him. Colton Smith should have been pick last for that shit. Now, Colton Smith and Stefan Struve are on my douchebag cheap shot list.
-Side-note- I believe this season is a throwaway season. Due to Spike Tv counter programming , UFC knows it will hinder future rating and confuse the casual UFC fan. So instead of putting their best marketable coaches and get bone in the ratings, UFC put okay recognizable coaches on.
My reasoning for this is b/c this season is just like the old style format. If UFC was serious about this season, the they would have done the live format show.
Once the year runs out, expect UFC to put their best recognizable coaches on and a live format for next season.

Interesting thoughts. Maybe some truth to it, but I'm not sure it wasn't just a case of people not appreciating the live format.

Can always spot a bullshitter. First he says "Oh I didnt mean it", then he changes his tactic and says "Well, you have to enter the cage ready to fight". Then why did you put your glove up in the first place?
Hope this dude is Ko'd quick time.

Exactly. Way to start your UFC career...this was our introduction to the guy, and we already hate him (or dislike him if hate=bashing).
