LAS VEGAS – Chael Sonnen (28-12-1 MMA, 6-5 UFC) isn't giving up on the possibility of fighting Jon Jones (16-1 MMA, 10-1 UFC) just yet.

According to UFC President Dana White, Sonnen is anticipating another last-minute change to next week's UFC 152 event, and the two-time middleweight title challenger is expecting to replace Vitor Belfort and take his shot at Jones' light heavyweight belt.

"Chael Sonnen is in full training camp right now," White told MMAjunkie.com (www.mmajunkie.com). "He's been training since he got offered the Jones fight. He said, 'I'm in full camp right now because Vitor will get hurt and pull out, and it will be Jones vs. Sonnen, anyway."

Its not as if he has been training for 3 months. If the fight doesnt come about, he's only been training about a month. He can take a short break and then start training again for the Forest fight and still get a full camp in.

Camps are for FAT kids roasting weenies and telling ghost stories, oops, I mean JJ stories.

Uncle ChaCha doesn't believe in Training Camps.

i'll watch either fight. at this point i would rather see vitor fight jones because he has the KO power that i think could really be the game changer.

You got a point there. Vitor has legendary hands. Very quick and explosive. He does have a punchers chance to win. I will be routing for Vitor but he should end up losing this fight. I don't see Jones submitting Vitor either. Vitor has only been submitted once to The Reem. Very good submission defense. I seen some interesting lines on 5Dimes and SportBet. The lines indicated that this fight will not go to Decision and the most likely outcome is Jones by KO/TKO. The question is what round.

War Vitor

Maybe you are the real Chael Sonnen.

Some of the PG members have been talking about an alternate system and it seems like Chael has been paying attention.
