Shogun looking lean, he was training for a striking battle, so I'm thinking he was serious with his cardio for this camp, Vera is the kind of guy that gives Shogun problems but everybody makes Vera look like he's just collecting a paycheck.

I was a tad surprised at that - - - but, he does look healthy

All of Bader's muscles WILL NOT save him from getting the knockout of the night bonus....for Machida.
