Francisco "Massaranduba" Trinaldo (11-1 MMA, 1-0 UFC) will fight fellow Brazilian lightweight Gleison Tibau (25-8 MMA, 10-6 UFC) at UFC 153.
Trinaldo announced the fight via Facebook. However, MMAjunkie.com (www.mmajunkie.com) could not immediately confirm the matchup, and UFC officials haven't made a formal announcement.

This fight is awesome two huge strong lightweights going at it. It also makes 12 fights so looks like this stellar card is complete, I wonder why the Mutante/Sarafian fight never came to fruition.

Physically I have been impressed with Tibau (no homo), but mentally is a different story. He has the tools and the talent, but he seems unwilling to change gears mid fight if things aren't working out. Primarily, he tries to keep it standing when he is the slower striker, yet is leagues ahead of his opponent on the ground. I'm hoping he is ready to adapt this time, because he should be a top 10 lw with his ability and size.

Ive never been a fan of Tibau, period. I think he actually gets on my nerves. With that said, i think he takes this one early.

WAR TIBAU
I thought he got robbed in his last fight, but it was his own fault for not being more active. Hope his coaches tell him to fucking man up and start putting leather on skull.
