I have been working on this particular technique for over 6 years now, and I am still making breakthroughs!
If you know me, then you it's name - the Kimura.
At a first glance, the Kimura is a very basic, white belt technique.
To the master, it is the staging point for an enormous onslaught of submissions, sweeps, guard passes, and take downs.
However, before we can swim in the deep waters we must learn the basics.
You will be surprised how many mistakes even BJJ Black Belts make with this "basic" technique.
