This was bologna *geesh I hate that spelling*

Keith was in a bad position but in my eyes he was actively defending or scrambling.

I know there's really no point in discussing this but if you want to come in here and whine about it like me, please feel free. I don't want to be alone in my time of misery. At least we can whine together.

Njem strikes me as someone who cannot deliver a lot of power into his strikes and I truly believe in my bones - Keith would have eventually escaped or survived the onslaught.

I thought the ref was going to step in when Keith's head was like resting on his arm there and it looked lik the ref was going to jump in there, but waited a sec and jumped in and then Keith started to stand up.

I'm sure it could have gone maybe a little longer, but I didn't see it being any different result. Only got my 5 pts.

"Keith was in a bad position but in my eyes he was actively defending or scrambling."

To me it didn't look like he was defending. He was hurt and Nijem had him fully straightened out with one arm extended taking shots. He complained afterward but he looked close to tapping.

I think the only reason Keith was going to escape out the back was because Nijem was already getting off of him as the ref came over. I think its a good stoppage. I was wondering at first, but after replaying it I agree with it. Keith may have protested, but not much. He wanted out of there.

Early stoppage, though only by a whisker. Keith should be happy. Saved him some brain cells.

I don't like the stoppage. Not much to say on it.

I dont like to see a fighter seriously hurt , but I have to admit when a ref gives the fighter on the losing end a chance to recover and fight on I love it.

Think huges trigg 2 that fight made me a huge Hughes fan.In the early days my favorite ref was big john he always gave the fighters a fair chance to recover and had good instinct of when one of them had enough.
