for anyone who is a NFL fan, and/or also plays fantasy football, THE LEAGUE is something you have to watch. I just killed season 1 (6 episodes) last night and it is hilarious...plus I can relate to the basis of it.
Basically its 5 guys that are in a fantasy football league and have their lives and schedules revolve around watching games or talking trade or what to do with an injury or on a bye week. John Lajoie is in it too.
Hell anyone who has ever played fantasy baseball, hockey, or basketball can relate to this. I give this series 9/10
Not trying to be a Debbie-Downer but, I think that show got the axe for another season.
The League was renewed for a 4th season, it starts again on September 14th.

My wife and I have been following this season's The Bachelorette. I find myself eagerly awaiting the next episode each time.
They got me.

Thank you netflix for having seasons 1-5 for both Kenny vs Spenny, Trailer Park Boys and some River Monsters
Right now i rarely watch TV, maybe i'll throw on the odd WWE or something to get a giggle at how lame it has become over the past 10 years...
Used to watch:
Kenny vs Spenny South Park Trailer Park Boys River Monsters

I used to watch a show called "I Survived..." I don't think it's on the air any longer, but it was interesting if you have the stomach for it. It's an interview style show where they get people who survived some kind of life threatening experience to tell their story first hand.
Each episode usually has 3 stories, and they jump back and forth between each one. Usually there's 1 boring story where some idiot climbed a mountain with no safety gear and broke his legs, I never feel sorry for these people, but the other 2 stories are usually absolutely horrifying things like people being abducted by serial killers, rapists, etc. or surviving a gunshot to the head or something along those lines.
You really have to have a strong stomach/mind to watch this show, IMO. The stories are extremely graphic and brutal, but it's also very interesting to hear them and realize the kinds of things some people have to suffer through.
One last warning, it's really, really brutal. I'm talking people getting killed, having limbs chopped off, raped, shot in the head, etc. It's really brutal, but also interesting, be warned.

Whatever is on Netflix I'm watching, which is all 7 seasons, don't think they have the specials or movies.
